Hello / Services
Hotel & Hospitality BrandingA place to stay.
A brand to remember.
Every place has its own story, and every property has its own way of welcoming people. We help you express that character through naming, identity and the details of a stay, whether you’re creating a hotel, hostel, suites or serviced apartments.
When it makes sense
The starting point for your project.
Opening a new property
The location, building and type of stay need a shared direction. We define who the property is for and how its character becomes a recognisable brand.
Repositioning an existing hotel
A renovation, a new audience or a different category of stay can call for a new identity. We assess what to retain and what should evolve.
Connecting the guest journey
Booking material, reception, room information and signage should feel like parts of one place. We organise the identity around those practical encounters.
What we deliver
Clear deliverables. An agreed scope.
Brand direction
A brief, audience definition, positioning and central concept grounded in the property, its location and its offer.
Naming & verbal identity
Where needed, name proposals with a rationale, a tagline and key messages. The scope of naming and any specialist legal checks are defined separately.
Visual identity
Logo and variations, colours, typography and graphic language, tested on relevant hospitality applications.
Guest-facing applications
An agreed selection of stationery, welcome material, room information, key-card graphics, digital assets, signage and environmental graphics. Each item is specified in the proposal.
Guidelines & artwork
Usage guidance, logo files for print and screens and final artwork for the agreed applications, with specifications for suppliers.
The proposal defines every application, revision round and delivery stage. Architecture, fabrication, print production, photography and website development are separate services or supplier scopes unless expressly included.
How we collaborate
From the first conversation to the rollout.
- 01
Understand the property
We discuss the location, spaces, guest profile, business objectives and opening or renovation plan.
- 02
Agree the concept
We establish the positioning and central idea; naming is developed at this stage when included.
- 03
Build the identity
We present the visual system in real guest-facing contexts and develop the agreed direction through consolidated feedback.
- 04
Prepare the rollout
We finalise the selected applications, files and guidelines, coordinating design requirements with your team and appointed suppliers.

Before we begin
A few useful first answers.
Do you work with smaller hospitality properties?
The scope follows the needs of the property, whether it is a hostel, a collection of suites, serviced apartments or a hotel. We begin with its audience, offer and essential applications.
Can you refresh the identity while keeping the name?
Yes. We review the existing name, visual assets and recognition before defining the change. A rebrand does not automatically require a new name.
Can signage be developed with our architect?
We can develop the graphic language and agreed wayfinding applications in coordination with the architect and fabricator. Architectural design, technical studies and construction are separately defined responsibilities.
How are the cost and timeline agreed?
They depend on the strategic work, naming, number of applications and approval stages. Share the property details and your intended opening or renovation date so we can prepare a specific proposal.

Your next step
Tell us about your property.
Tell us about the place, the people you’ll welcome and the stay you imagine. Even if the idea is still taking shape, that gives us a place to begin.
Let’s make the plan clear from the start.
Before we begin, we talk through what you need, how we’ll work together and what you’ll receive. Our proposal brings those decisions together so you know what your project includes and how we’ll move forward.
Final files & guidance
We explain which files and guidance you’ll receive and how to use them. The proposal lists the logo versions, print artwork, digital assets or website handover included, along with file formats and any editable source files.
Revisions & approvals
We agree when we’ll review the work together and how many rounds of changes are included. If a new need comes up, or an approved direction changes, we discuss the effect on the work, cost and schedule before going ahead.
What we’ll need from you
We let you know which copy, photographs, existing files or technical details will help. We also agree who brings feedback together, who gives final approval and when we’ll need the material.
Licences & ongoing support
We talk through any font, image or third-party licences and who handles production. The proposal also makes clear what support is included after handover. Website updates and new applications can be agreed separately.
A few thoughts for our first conversation.
A short brief to help you talk with your team about what you want to achieve, who you want to reach and what you need. Note what you know. You don’t need to have everything worked out, and the budget range is optional.
