Privacy policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This policy explains how Hello Design handles personal data when you visit hellodesign.gr or contact us about a project.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΣ ΔΙΚΑΣΤΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΙΟΡΔΑΝΗ, trading as Hello Design, at 10 Stadiou Street, 1st floor, Athens 10564, Greece. For questions or requests about your data, email [email protected] or call +30 218 218 3213.
Information you share with us
When you use a contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and the information you include in your message, such as your organisation, project needs, budget range or telephone number. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal data.
We use these details to respond, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. Where your enquiry concerns a potential collaboration, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For other correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Contact details are not used to subscribe you to marketing communications automatically.
Technical data, cookies and external services
The website and its infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Necessary cookies support functions such as language preference and authorised administrator sessions. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect site functions.
The site uses Cloudflare for delivery and security and loads typefaces through Google Fonts. These services receive technical connection data, including your IP address, when their resources are requested. Their processing is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Links to Instagram and Facebook take you to external services, whose own policies apply.
Access to data and international transfers
Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to handle your enquiry, operate the website, deliver email or maintain security. We do not sell your personal data. Providers may process technical or correspondence data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the applicable GDPR transfer safeguards are required, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You may contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.
How long we keep your enquiry
Contact enquiries and their associated correspondence are retained for one (1) year from submission. If an enquiry leads to a contract, records required for that contract, accounting or a legal obligation are subject to the corresponding retention requirements. Technical security records are retained only for as long as necessary for their purpose.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send your request to [email protected]. We may need information to confirm your identity. We respond within the GDPR time limits, normally within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the way we process data changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
