Hello / Services

Restaurant Branding & IdentityA dining concept.
A distinct character.

Restaurant branding gives your food concept a clear voice and a consistent visual identity. From the name and logo to menus, packaging and signage, we design the details people encounter before, during and after their visit.

When it makes sense

The starting point for your project.

Launching a restaurant or café

The food, service style, location and audience need to tell the same story. We turn the concept into a clear starting point for naming and design.

Evolving an established venue

A new menu, a different audience or an expanded offer can expose a gap in the identity. We assess how the brand should evolve while retaining useful recognition.

Making the applications work together

An all-day menu, takeaway cup, table detail and exterior sign each have a different job. We build a visual system that stays coherent across them.

What we deliver

Clear deliverables. An agreed scope.

Concept & brand direction

A shared brief, audience definition, positioning and creative direction based on the food offer, service style and character of the venue.

Naming & key messages

When included: name proposals with rationale, tagline and verbal direction. Naming scope and specialist legal checks are agreed separately.

Logo & visual identity

A logo system, typography, colour palette and graphic elements that work across small table items, print, packaging and larger signs.

Menus & restaurant applications

An agreed set of food, breakfast, drinks or takeaway menus, packaging graphics, stationery, uniforms, signage and digital assets. Formats, languages and the handling of menu updates are specified before design.

Guidelines & production artwork

Logo files, usage rules and final artwork for the selected applications. We agree print specifications and coordinate design requirements with appointed suppliers.

Every menu format, packaging item, language version and revision round is listed in the proposal. Food photography, copywriting, printing, fabrication, interior design and digital development are separate scopes unless expressly included.

How we collaborate

From the first conversation to the rollout.

  1. Understand the offer

We discuss the cuisine, service model, location, audience, existing identity and opening or relaunch schedule.

  2. Define the character

We agree the positioning, creative concept and verbal direction, developing the name where required.

  3. Design & test the system

We show how the identity works on selected menus, packaging and space applications, then refine the agreed direction.

  4. Deliver the applications

We complete the agreed formats, specifications and files, with guidance to support consistent use by your team and suppliers.

Before we begin

A few useful first answers.

Do you design for cafés and all-day restaurants?

Yes. The scope can address different moments of service, from breakfast and coffee to dinner and cocktails, with an identity and menu family suited to the offer.

Can menu design be part of an existing brand?

Yes. We review the existing identity, content and formats, then define whether the need is menu design alone or a broader identity update. The agreed scope states this clearly.

Do you handle packaging and signage production?

We design the agreed graphics and prepare production artwork. Printing, materials, fabrication, installation and supplier responsibilities are specified separately in the proposal.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your food concept, location, audience, target launch date and any existing name, identity or menu. An initial list of applications helps us define the scope, fee and schedule.
