HELLO DESIGN · ATHENS

Healthcare & Wellness Branding

Care in the details.
A clearer identity.

The way you welcome and inform people is part of your identity. We help you express it consistently across your medical practice, pharmacy or wellness business, from the logo and signs to printed information and your website.

A distinct identity for the way you work.

A medical practice, pharmacy and wellness studio have different audiences and practical needs. We start with your business, the services you present and the applications you use. Existing work for a dermatology practice, pharmacies and a psychologist shows how that approach takes different forms.

THE SCOPE

Your needs.
Defined applications.

Position & name

A clear starting point for who you serve and what the business represents. Naming or a change to an existing name is included when it forms part of the agreed brief.

Logo & visual identity

A logo, colour palette, typography and graphic language that express the character of the practice or business and work across its agreed applications.

Print & packaging

Business cards, stationery, brochures, bags or packaging as required. The proposal identifies the quantities of distinct designs and the artwork needed for production.

Signage & spatial graphics

An identity that can continue into entrance signage, window graphics and information in the space. Sign types, site information and production responsibilities are scoped explicitly.

Website & digital presence

Structure and design for presenting your practice, services and contact information. Pages, languages, content creation and any booking functionality are defined before development.

The brief and proposal identify the applications, revisions and handover required. Your team supplies and approves the information about its professional services; any copywriting, translations or specialist integrations are scoped explicitly.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

“We have been working with Hellodesign for years, and what I particularly appreciate is the personal communication and consistency. From the logo and corporate identity to print production oversight and the practice’s website, there was a shared direction and attention to detail. Our collaboration continues with regular updates to the website. I know I can discuss whatever I need with Alexandros, with confidence and ease.”

Let’s make the plan clear from the start.

Before we begin, we talk through what you need, how we’ll work together and what you’ll receive. Our proposal brings those decisions together so you know what your project includes and how we’ll move forward.

Final files & guidance

We explain which files and guidance you’ll receive and how to use them. The proposal lists the logo versions, print artwork, digital assets or website handover included, along with file formats and any editable source files.

Revisions & approvals

We agree when we’ll review the work together and how many rounds of changes are included. If a new need comes up, or an approved direction changes, we discuss the effect on the work, cost and schedule before going ahead.

What we’ll need from you

We let you know which copy, photographs, existing files or technical details will help. We also agree who brings feedback together, who gives final approval and when we’ll need the material.

Licences & ongoing support

We talk through any font, image or third-party licences and who handles production. The proposal also makes clear what support is included after handover. Website updates and new applications can be agreed separately.

Before we begin.

Can you work with an existing practice or business?

Yes. We review the identity and applications you already use, then agree what to retain, refresh or extend. A new logo or name is not automatically required.

Can the project include both the space and the website?

Yes. A shared identity can guide print, signage and digital applications. Each part is listed in the proposal, with its design, content and production responsibilities.

Who prepares information about our services?

Your team provides and approves the factual information about its professional services. We agree how that content is organised and presented, and whether copywriting or translation is included.

What should we send in the first enquiry?

Describe your practice or business, its audience and location, the applications you need and your target date. An existing website and brand material help us understand the starting point.

Let’s talk about your idea.

Tell us about your practice, the people you serve and the change you’re considering. We’ll explore how your identity and communication can better reflect the work you do.

A few thoughts for our first conversation.

A short brief to help you talk with your team about what you want to achieve, who you want to reach and what you need. Note what you know. You don’t need to have everything worked out, and the budget range is optional.
