HELLO DESIGN · ATHENS
Print & Packaging DesignYour brand.
Made tangible.
A menu someone holds at the table, a brochure they take home, a package they open. We design these everyday encounters with your brand, paying attention to how each piece is read, held and used.
Design that belongs in people’s hands.
Printed communication has a rhythm, a scale and a material presence. We consider how people read, handle and use each piece, then connect those decisions with your brand and the practical needs of the project.
THE SCOPE
Defined deliverables.
Shared expectations.
Menus & hospitality print
Menus, room information, welcome material and other printed touchpoints that belong to the same guest or dining experience.
Brochures & publications
Content hierarchy, page layout and a visual rhythm for corporate brochures, product presentations and editorial material.
Corporate print
Business cards, stationery, folders and communication tools that carry the identity consistently.
Packaging graphics
Graphic direction and artwork for the agreed packaging formats, connecting identity, product information and available production specifications.
Production artwork
Preparation of the agreed print-ready files, with dimensions, colour, finishes and supplier requirements clarified before final approval.
We agree the formats, page counts, product variants, languages and review stages. Copywriting, photography, illustration, packaging structures, proofs, printing and production coordination are identified separately in the proposal.

- 04

Deliver the agreed files and complete any production coordination included in the scope.
Before we begin.
Can you work with an existing identity?
Yes. We can design new applications using your established logo, typography and brand guidelines. Any identity work needed before the applications is scoped separately.
What should we prepare?
Share the applications you need, available text and images, preferred formats, quantities and any supplier specifications. For packaging, existing dimensions or dielines and the required product information help define the work.
Does the design fee include printing?
Design, printing and supplier coordination are distinct parts of a project. The proposal states which are included, who approves proofs and who is responsible for production and delivery.
How are the cost and schedule agreed?
Formats, page counts, product variants, languages and content availability shape the scope. We agree design and approval milestones around your deadline, allowing for proofing and supplier lead times where relevant.
Let’s talk about your idea.
Tell us what you’d like to make and how it will be used. Copy, images or print specifications help if you already have them. We’ll work through what’s needed to move the project forward together.
Explore all services ↗Let’s make the plan clear from the start.
Before we begin, we talk through what you need, how we’ll work together and what you’ll receive. Our proposal brings those decisions together so you know what your project includes and how we’ll move forward.
Final files & guidance
We explain which files and guidance you’ll receive and how to use them. The proposal lists the logo versions, print artwork, digital assets or website handover included, along with file formats and any editable source files.
Revisions & approvals
We agree when we’ll review the work together and how many rounds of changes are included. If a new need comes up, or an approved direction changes, we discuss the effect on the work, cost and schedule before going ahead.
What we’ll need from you
We let you know which copy, photographs, existing files or technical details will help. We also agree who brings feedback together, who gives final approval and when we’ll need the material.
Licences & ongoing support
We talk through any font, image or third-party licences and who handles production. The proposal also makes clear what support is included after handover. Website updates and new applications can be agreed separately.
A few thoughts for our first conversation.
A short brief to help you talk with your team about what you want to achieve, who you want to reach and what you need. Note what you know. You don’t need to have everything worked out, and the budget range is optional.
